The past weekend I went to Best Buy because I wanted to buy an HDMI adapter and a dvd drive for my computer. Once I got in the store I was looking around for quite while and then I found what I was looking for. I saw it was almost 30 dollars for the HDMI adapter and 40 dollars for the dvd drive. I knew I didn't want to pay that much for it. I remembered what our teacher told us about the Amazon Price Check app so I decided to scan both items. The HDMI adapter which was 30 dollars came up as $3.54 and $3.00 shipping. I then asked the manager at Best Buy if they price match and he said yes. Then I asked if they even price match with Amazon and his respond was "yes we price match anything now." He went on to say they started doing this around 3 to 4 months ago. After I found this out I went around the store scanning everything to see if I could find another could deal like this. I was so surprised that this app actually works. I ended up getting a $30  item for 7 dollars all because the mobile app.
